Good used condition.  I did the BMW Bentley manual checks, and this unit checks out functional.  13.63 1703562   Fits a variaty of cars, Saab, BMW, etc.  Check your original part number to be sure of fitment!  Part number is stamped on the back of your BMW’s TPS.  BARGAIN ALERT for a good functional TPS.
