Diamond-coated round files designed for sharpening degreased tungsten-carbide chainsaw chain. Choose your diameter and pack size to match your chain and workflow.

Available sizes

• 4.0 mm (5/32″) — suitable for 3/8 Low Profile; also used on STIHL RAPID™ Duro carbide in .325″ and 3/8″ pitch
• 4.8 mm (3/16″) — suitable for most .325″ pitch carbide chain
• 5.2 mm (13/64″) — suitable for most 3/8″ pitch carbide chain
• 5.5 mm (7/32″) — suitable for most 3/8″ & .404″ pitch carbide chain

Tungsten-carbide chain cutter sizes can vary compared with standard steel chain cutters. Always refer to the chain manufacturer’s recommendations to confirm the correct file size. Sizes listed above are for Carbide chain sold in our other listings.
