The Process

1. Remove your PCM/ECU or have it professionally removed, and ship it to us.
2. Once we receive your PCM, our team of experts will inspect it, perform the flash, and prepare it for return shipment. The process typically takes 3-5 business days.
3. We use express shipping to ensure fast delivery, with an expected return time of 2-3 business days.

Shipping

Enjoy hassle-free shipping with Diesel Edge. We cover the cost of shipping both ways, providing a shipping label for you to send your ECM to us and ensuring it is safely returned. Please note that while shipping is covered, any potential broker fees, though rare, are not included.

Variations

Choose from three tuning options to best suit your performance needs:

• Stock: Retain the stock tune.
• Stage 1: Gain an additional 50HP for a significant boost in performance without overstressing your engine.
• Stage 2: Experience an impressive 90HP increase. This tune offers up to a 10% increase in MPG at stock power levels and up to 7% improvement with the 50HP tune.

Removing the ECM

1. Clear all codes from the vehicle.
2. Turn the key to the off position.
3. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
4. Remove the ECM carefully.

Please Note:

• Perform DPF Regen prior to having PCM tuned as this will reset DPF accumulation values that cannot be reset once the PCM has been modified/tuned.
• If your PCM was previously tuned, it must be reverted back to stock before applying a new tune. We cannot tune over an existing tune.
• Before removing your ECM, ensure there are no maintenance or engine lights active on the dashboard. All errors must be resolved prior to ECM removal. If you have DEF/DPF countdown issues, they should be cleared beforehand, as SCR module codes are not typically addressed by ECU tuning. Clear all codes before proceeding.
• Due to ongoing software updates for 2020+ Jeep models, some ECMs may have software versions that take additional time to unlock and tune. Expect 3-7 business days for ECM handling in such cases.
