Power Level Options

• Stock: Maintains factory horsepower with clean performance and minimal smoke.
• Stage 1: Increases power by 40 HP over stock levels, ensuring clean operation with minimal smoke.
• Stage 2: Boosts power by 50 HP over stock, with a slight increase in exhaust smoke.

Compatibility Verification

Before ordering, confirm that your vehicle’s PCM part number matches one of the following:

• Bosch EDC16CP31
• Bosch EDC17CP46
• Bosch EDC17CP57

If your PCM part number is not listed, please contact us with your part number to verify compatibility.

Important Installation Notes

• Disconnect all EGR, DPF, SCR, and AdBlue sensors.
• Remove the AdBlue/SCR PCM from the vehicle.
• Caution: Do not install the modified ECU with the AdBlue module still connected, as this will cause persistent error messages that cannot be cleared.
• If your PCM was previously tuned, it must be restored to stock before applying the new tune.

Shipping and Handling

Diesel Edge provides shipping both ways by supplying a shipping label for your ECM and AdBlue/SCR modules. While shipping costs are covered, any potential broker fees (though rare) are not included.

ECM Removal Preparation

1. Clear all existing diagnostic codes.
2. Ensure no maintenance or engine warning lights are present on the dashboard.
3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
4. Carefully remove the ECM from your vehicle.

After removal, label your ECM with your order number, vehicle model, and model year before shipping. Upon receipt, we will inspect, flash, and return your unit within 3–5 business days using express shipping (2–3 business days for delivery).
