Description
This 3″ stainless steel race pipe allows for the removal of the catalytic converter and DPF filter, designed specifically for off-road performance. It directly replaces your existing downpipe for enhanced exhaust flow.

Installation Process
- First, disconnect all sensors and the DEF injector from the downpipe, SCR, and DPF systems.
- Loosen the clamp at the tailpipe-to-muffler connection, slide the tailpipe back, and remove it. The tailpipe will be reinstalled later. Also, loosen the clamp at the front of the muffler and remove it. Keep the muffler for reinstallation.
- Next, remove the three fasteners on the 3-bolt flange and take out the SCR assembly. Loosen the v-band clamp at the turbo-to-downpipe connection by releasing the bolt and unclipping the clamp. Then, remove the downpipe, keeping the clamp for reuse.
- Install the new downpipe using the original clamp, but do not tighten it just yet. Fit the secondary pipe onto the downpipe, ensuring the hanger is inserted into the factory bushing. The hanger should point toward the front of the truck.
- Finally, install the third pipe with the hanger facing toward the rear of the vehicle. Note: This pipe is designed to fit the Crew Cab with a 6’4″ bed. If your truck has the shorter 5’7″ bed, cut 7″ off the front of the pipe (the end going into the secondary pipe). Do not cut the end near the hanger or the muffler connection.
