Up for sale is a good used Saab 9-3 manual Heater A/C manual button climate control. As you probably know, these are quite fragile and prone to breakage. Unit is in good physical condition, and was tested it before removal from the crash damaged 1999 9-3, which is what this was removed from. All shafts are in tact, gears work freely, all knobs are good – electric fan speed portion is functional. This good used unit should still have lots of life left in it! Be sure to check the condition of the connecting rod as well when you install this unit, as it is also a common failure. Also a good time & idea to lubricate the heater door shaft & cable. – Thus unit includes the temp adjuster cable, which makes installing this unit a little easier! This is common on many base model 2.0 liter 9-3 models, 4 door hatchbacks and convertibles from 1999-2002. Not very easy to find for a reasonable price, in any condition, much less as nice as this. This complete part currently lists for over $350 at SaabUSA. – other vendors are a bit cheaper, however none come anywhere close to our good used units price.
