Saab Classic 9000 leather wrapped steering wheel. 45 06 069Up for sale is a Saab 9000 leather wrapped steering wheel. This is for the air-bag cars, this would be for most 1994-1998 US model Saab 9000’s CS CSE CDE and Aero. Frequently these get rather nasty condition, with severely worn or discolored leather. This one is still VERY nice! These also make an excellent upgrade for Base model 9000 cars that never had a leather wrapped steering wheel. These will directly interchange with the foam wheels.Please note, in pre 1994 they used to a different type of steering wheel – though the shaft size is the same, the horn buttons were NOT integrated with the air bag. You just pressed the little horn buttons to activate the horn. THIS unit to activate the horn, you just press the entire air bag. You CAN use this wheel on pre 1994 cars, including classic 900 cars all the way back to 1990, however you NEED the newer air bag horn as well in order to use this wheel with those cars.
